Overview

Leo’s Pizza - Tulsa stands out as a vibrant fusion of Mexican flavors and classic pizza craftsmanship, nestled conveniently on S Sheridan Rd. This spot is more than a restaurant; it’s an experience where traditional meets inventive, perfect for those seeking a fresh twist on familiar favorites.

The highlight here is undoubtedly their specialty pizzas, like the Chicken Alfredo with its creamy sauce and tender grilled chicken, and the hearty Meat Lover loaded with pepperoni, bacon, sausage, and ham. But what truly sets Leo’s apart are their signature Mexican-inspired creations. The Pizza Birria, rich with red salsa, savory beef, onions, cilantro, and gooey cheese, brings the warmth and depth of authentic Mexican cuisine right to the crust. Likewise, the La Mexicana pizza combines carne asada, chorizo, and grilled shrimp with the freshness of cilantro, jalapeños, and onions, crafting a vibrant, bold flavor that speaks to adventurous palates.

Customers consistently praise the soft, fresh crust that acts as the perfect canvas for these bold toppings. The blend of textures and spices creates a unique, deeply satisfying meal. Beyond flavor, the atmosphere receives compliments for its welcoming, family-friendly vibe, highlighted by attentive service that bridges cultural warmth—even when language barriers arise.

Leo’s serves a broad audience—from families craving hearty, comforting pies to food enthusiasts eager to explore Mexican-infused pizza artistry. The inclusion of traditional wings on the menu broadens appeal, offering a familiar side to complement their vibrant main dishes. For those looking for an authentic, flavorful meal that honors both pizza and Mexican traditions, Leo’s Pizza in Tulsa is a compelling destination that delivers both comfort and culinary innovation in every bite.

This place is amazing! Honestly, may be the best buffet in Tulsa. The pizza is solid, and all the Mexican food on the buffet was delicious. Miles above other buffets like golden coral or ccs. The food was authentic and tasty. Will definitely be coming back!

05/02/2025 17:15 - 17:30 $33.46 It's pizza. It's mexican food. It's both. We ordered two pizzas, to-go. The "LA Mexicana" pizza has stuffed crust, carne asada, chorizo, shrimp, cilantro, onions, jalapenos, and cheese. The "Birria Pizza" has stuffed crust, red salsa, beef meat, onions, cilantro, and cheese. Never before have I seen any flavors like these in a pizza restaurant. You gotta give this restaurant a try. We can't wait to try the "AL Pastor" pizza next time. Thank you.

Great food and attentive service! Had the pizza al pastor, marinated pork with pineapple and sweet onion, and it was delicious! The crust is reminiscent of Sam & Ella's. Will definitely be back!

Wow! I can believe I had ignored this place for almost a year. Today I decide to bring my wife and settle once and for all. Is this place worth it or not? The first impressions were not good. When we arrived, the restaurant looked closed. We tried opening the front door and despite several efforts, as we were walking away,I can hear my wife making a phone call. "Are you open?" The lady responded empathically: Yes, We R Open! Well, the door is locked -we answered- she came running and unlocked it and smiled saying that she thought maybe some of the kids guest locked it because they were having a birthday party. And sure enough they were .. Once inside we noticed that aside from the other people, we were the only ones inside. After looking at the menu, things began to look a slighty better and better. The menu had áll of the classic pizza, but the as I kept reading below, things were getting more and more misterious. The pizzas were ethnically mutating from Italian to God knows what! Some had, weird, but in a good way odd ingredients! As if all our of our ideas we had kept secret about pizza topings were finally now coming true. And that they were not that weird after all!!! I exclaimed "I knew I was not the only one that had thought about this!!!! We ordered the Mexican Pizza. It was going to come loaded with all meats that you find in a taco stand, melted in the midst of cheese. So much that it would make an Italian so offended he would have to change his identity twice and possibly consider be born again to get over it. Who cares! Italians don't have a monopoly on pizza! I have seen what they do to tacos I Rome! I think we are even! While they may get offended! You know what? I am getting hungrier! While I wanted for our pizza, I noticed in The menu that that she offers also other mexican classics, such as the weekend stews.. pozole, menudo etc.. She also offers a buffet from 11 to 2 pm Every single day! Wow! Pizza, chicken wings, burgers and fries! What more can a man ask for? I went to use the restroom and clean my hands. The bathrooms were clean. The rest of the restaurant atmosphere is a bit dark and a bit sad. I think it needs some music or some kind of noise other than quiet! Once the pizza arrived, I was blown away! The pizza was so appealing. The meats, the crust slightly burnt.... Awe lord! Yes! I could eat two slices before being completely satisfied and full! So half of it went home with us. As I finished my last piece. The lady came over and a chatted a bit with us. And brought me a little bit of menudo to try it. It was awesome!!! In conclusion, I must say that this place is definitely a hole in the wall kind of a place. But I would recommend to lighten up the interior And then give it a modern touch to the outside. Make it look more appealing and open! Thank you for all the good food!!
